We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join an innovative and technical design agency. The ideal candidate will play a very active part in managing existing business and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
You must have experience in delivering website build and design projects and running digital campaigns across various media. You should be able to demonstrate a passion for excellent client servicing and well organised project management.
This is a crucial role within our business, as you will be the main point of contact for clients. We expect our Digital Account Manager to be heavily involved in liaising with existing clients, as well as the creative and technical teams within the agency. We are looking for a talented individual who thrives on building relationships and communicating directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns across an impressive portfolio of clients. Therefore, you will need to have a strong knowledge of website design and a passion for digital marketing. You will work within a team environment, be extremely process driven and report directly to the Account Director. You should have extensive project management experience and work well as part of a team. We have a relaxed working atmosphere, but we are very focused and work hard to deliver technical excellence for all our clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Driving revenue from existing accounts
- Ensuring that all clients receive a superior level of customer service from the agency
- They will also show the ability to add value to client relationships through their understanding of digital marketing activities & experience

- Responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities
