DotLabel have been shortlisted for not one, but two categories in the prestigious Digital Experience Awards 2018.

Our user experience driven approach provided actionable insights that informed decisions making and enabled valuable testing to ensure the end result was a success.”
DotLabel were appointed to apply expert user experience research and design to create a more user friendly registration process to increase the number of quality donors, improve the online journeys for non eligible donors and also provide valuable audience insights.
The project was launched in August 2017 and has already seen a 16% increase in applications from ‘quality’ donors and a 30% rise in engagement of non-eligible donors. There has also been a reduction in drop-out rates and reduced costs with fewer undelivered swab kits. Anthony Nolan have gained deeper valuable knowledge about their audience groups and are using this insight to inform other online and offline marketing projects.
In recognition of its ability to improve user experience and deliver business goals, the project has now been shortlisted for the 2018 UK Digital Experience Awards (DXAs) in two categories, Not for Profit & Charity and Best Online User Experience B2C – Best Digital Customer Journey. Being shortlisted at the DXAs identifies entrants as leaders in their industry.
The UK Digital Experience Awards 2018 winners will be announced on 12th July 2018.
